Blurb-
In a heart-racing thriller described as Falling Skies meets The Walking Dead, Jennie struggles to find a safe place for what’s left of her family. But it seems as though there is no place sacred, no place secure. First the aliens attacked the sun, making it dimmer, weaker, and half what it used to be. Then they attacked the water supply, killing one-third of Earth’s population with a bitter contaminate. And when they unleash a new terror on humankind, the victims will wish for death, but will not find it…When the world shatters to pieces around her, will Jennie find the strength she needs to keep going?

My Review: This was one nightmare I didn't want to wake up from. Sanctuary was horror, suspense, thriller, love, faith, and awesomeness rolled into one amazing book! All of this story felt so real I truly put myself in Jennie's shoes and found myself in a world of things that only happen in nightmares or so I thought.
Each page had me wondering what might be lurking in it. My senses were on full alert with Sanctuary and what an adrenaline ride it was! The way each chapter belonged to each of the characters just heightened the experience that I had. It felt as though you got an up and personal account of how each person was actually feeling and seeing things. Making every chapter another scene came to life right before your very eyes. am not one to give away a lot of details of the story because I want each reader to experience it for themselves but I will give you this much If you thought you had read every zombie story out there you would be wrong because you have missed the best one right here. I truly hope there is a book two or my head and heart might burst!
5/5
