Review of Ruby and the Beast

MY Review:

Ruby and the Beast has taken fairy tales to a whole new level. It's an adult love story that takes you through an emotional roller coaster ride where you end up on the edge of your seat. Ruby (main character) is going through heart break hell and she meets a beast that hurts so deep from a curse that he has carried his entire life. Can Ruby help the beast? Can the Beast help Ruby? Ina world where helping each other seems almost impossible, but maybe together they can see through the pain and come  together. This story comes full circle and is amazing and I loved every page. Go grab a copy you will be glad you did.

The Crane Diaries Stained Blog tour

Title: The Crane Diaries: Stained
Author: Apryl Baker
Genre: NA Horror/Paranormal
Cover Designer: Deranged Doctor Design
Publication Date: February 12th, 2018 Hosted by: Lady Amber’s PR
Blurb: I Am Death.
I Am Darkness.
I Am Creation.
These are the simple truths Emma Rose Crane, AKA Mattie Hathaway, has run from for the last two years, but the situation she finds herself in will not let her flee her past anymore. It’s barreling toward her at the speed of a bullet.
Mattie finds herself back in Charlotte, North Carolina, for the trial of Dan’s mother. She’s determined to see this ordeal through for Dan, even though his vindictive mother uses the situation to try to tear them apart.
If that weren’t enough, she lands on a supernatural hit list and has to rescue a woman who’s close to death—and survive the psycho who took her to begin with.
But just when things start to go right, the unthinkable happens.
Three gunshots.
Three truths.
But in the end, will her past save her future…or will it take everything she cherishes from her?

MY REVIEW: I can not get enough of this series! It is a wild paranormal ride that never seems to stop. There is always something happening to Emma Rose/Mattie and Dan their rolls are always nonstop. I love their connection but, I also love the paranormal/ horror aspect of the story. All I know is that I want more!

So who am I?
Well, I’m the crazy girl with an imagination that never shuts up. I LOVE scary movies. My friends laugh at me when I scare myself watching them and tell me to stop watching them, but who doesn’t love to get scared? I grew up in a small town nestled in the southern mountains of West Virginia where I spent days roaming around in the woods, climbing trees, and causing general mayhem. Nights I would stay up reading Nancy Drew by flashlight under the covers until my parents yelled at me to go to sleep.
Now, I live in a small town in West Virginia where I entertain my niece and nephew and watch the cats get teased by the birds and laugh myself silly when they swoop down and then dive back up just out of reach. The cats start yelling something fierce…lol.
I love books, I love writing books, and I love entertaining people with my silly stories.

High Stakes Blog Tour

Title: High Stakes
Author: Casey L. Bond
Genre: YA PNR, Dystopian/SciFi
Editor: Stacy Sanford/ The Girl with the Red Pen
Cover Designer, Photog & Trailer Made By: Melissa Stevens/ The Illustrated Author Design Services
Model: Breanna Ellis
Publication Date: Feb. 1st, 2019 Hosted by: Lady Amber’s PR
Blurb:  Her name is Eve, and she was aptly named. The first female accepted into the Asset program, she was the first to rise to the top. She would also be the first woman to travel back in time, assigned with one target in mind: Enoch – one of the first vampires to walk the earth. Her mission was simple: Land, shove her stake through Enoch’s black heart, run to safety, and jump off something really high so she could warp back home and carve out the life she’s always wanted.
The only problem was that time travel was more complicated than anyone realized. She was supposed to travel back seven days, but instead, landed in the middle of England in the year 1348, during the time of the Black Plague.
Enoch never kept his true nature a secret. As a wealthy landowner, he protected and provided for the people under his care, and in exchange, they were more than willing to provide the scant amounts of blood he needed to survive. When a strange young woman showed up at his gate in the midst of the plague and then fell ill, he nursed her back to health.
He’d never met anyone like Eve. She was intelligent and witty, and the most beautiful creature he’d ever laid eyes upon. And, he learned, the most dangerous.

MY REVIEW:
High Stakes is just WOW! I am still reeling from this story. Such an emotional, fun loving, strong, story. With characters written just as strong and opinionated. Enoch and Eve turn this book upside down,  sideways, round and round, and  then back again. I will love this book forever I need book 2 soon but until then I will just keep reading High stakes

Her only use in this world is slave for the supernaturals. She was made to be the best servant she can be. and is doing all she can to stay alive in a world full of supernaturals. Will Kylan be the one to save her life.
If you like dark steamy romance, then this just may be the book for you!

Review of Chastley Bitten

MY REVIEW:
Chastely Bitten Introduces us to Lilith and the Lycans and Darius and the Royals, a group of Vampires. There is such a wide array of characters some you will love, some are just there to be looked upon with disgust. As I don't dare use a word strong as hate as I might be turned into something else. lol.
Juliet is a character that is resigned to a servant a blood slave if you will but, there is more to her than you know.
Darius purchases Juliet to be his blood slave only he sees something different with her and he finds her intriguing and must discover what it is that causes a fire with in him.
Lilith leaves you pondering her and her group of lycans. This book gives you a roller coaster ride of emotions.
Despite what you may think, this not like twilight there are no sparkly vampires.

She killed another Joker today.
Excuse me.  I mean, ‘Guardsman.’
Ha.
That’s the real joke. The Red Queen cares about the Marked as much as a cat does a dirty litter box. She’ll use them if she must, but otherwise they’re disposable.
Except for me.
She watches me.
I don’t think she knows what to do with me. Not that I blame her. I don’t know what to do with myself. Sometimes I feel like everything is normal, and other times, well—then, at least, the voices tell me that everything is fine.
I don’t quite believe them.
It would be easier if the memories stopped. Of life before. It’s muddled, but there are fragments of purpose and joy, all tied to a quiet, blonde girl. She is strong, stronger than she knows—I know this because I know her better than myself.  And yet, I don’t remember her.
I am empty.
The memories are not mine—they belong to someone else. I am a traitor in this body, an unwelcome host. And yet, the longer I stay grey, the more this body calls to me. Like the other Marked.
We understand each other.
They tell me things. Secrets the Queen will never know. I can read them in their eyes. I can feel them in my bones. Words unspoken, but always heard. Whispers, desperate songs, pleading for salvation. And all the while, they watch me. Waiting. Haunted stares as she kills our brothers and sisters. Their pain is palpable, heavy in the air and on my shoulders while they call to me on an undiscovered frequency.
I hear them laughing.
I hear them crying.
I hear them . . .
I hear . . .
Them.
