Sweetwater County Series Blog Tour
Winter in Sweetwater County
Author: Ciara Knight
Published January 15th 2014

Pages: 202

Synopsis
Lisa Mortan’s ideal life crumbles when her rich and powerful fiancé demands she ends an unwanted pregnancy. With no job or social support, she flees to a small town in hopes of finding a good family for her unborn baby, but instead finds a man who is as broken as she is.

Eric Gaylord returns to his home town for a respite after a tragic loss, but when his spitfire mother takes on an unknown woman as a business partner, he is forced to face the nightmare he’d left behind or risk losing the one woman who could heal his heart.

My Review:  I have to say that I was immediately drawn into this book. It was very refreshing to read a more realistic romance book. None of the characters were perfect they had their own baggage and problems more like real life situations. This made Winter in Sweetwater County a more enjoyable read for me.  Lisa and Eric did seem like the perfect couple right off the bat for me I felt the connection that they had. I also loved the small town closeness and "extended" family that just completed the book for me. Ciara Knight has captured my heart and left it in Sweetwater County!

Spring in Sweetwater County
Author: Ciara Knight
Publication: May 1st, 2014
Pages: 198

Synopsis
Forty years after the death of her true love, Judy Gaylord discovers he’s alive. With the guilt of her falling into the arms of his cousin to console her grief, she now must face the man she betrayed.

Dr. James Benjamin has dedicated his life to helping people deal with their post-traumatic stress disorder in hopes of forgetting about his own trauma. Not wanting to risk the safety of others, he’s spent decades alone, but when he sees the woman he never forgot from before the war, his heart awakens.

When circumstances force Judy and James to work together, they soon discover old feelings never faded. Judy must forgive herself and James will have to face his fear or they will miss their second chance.

My Review: Who says love can not survive the span of life is wrong! Ciara Knight perfectly proved this in Spring in Sweetwater County. Judy and James had a love that just refused to let go regardless of what life obstacles had been placed in front of them. Sometimes life can surprise us and show us a heart full of love that never ends. I so loved Judy and James' love story. It was so beautiful and snarky at the same time making it feel like you were right there going through it with them.  I am so very happy that I read this the second book in the Sweetwater County series. I am looking forward to what the next book has waiting for me.

My Review: I could not have picked a better book to end this series! Summer in Sweetwater County is a beautiful end to an absolutely beautiful series. It inspires so much love and hope that I could not help but be so filled with love. Marcus has a gorgeous soul you can not only feel but see the light that pours from it. I loved reading about him. Rose is a strong independent young woman that left me cheering in her corner. These two together are exceptionally stunning and made me remember what it was like to be young and in love! It was such a remarkable feeling that I had with reading this book. I felt that Summer in Sweetwater County ended perfectly I was thrilled with how this book pulled the whole series together and finished it of nicely! Thank you Ciara Knight for giving me a new hope for romance books.
